We’re not perfect. We recently made a mistake during an installation and the client wasn’t happy. We decided the best thing to do was to put the client up in a hotel until we could fix the problem.
Not only did we put them up in a hotel, we paid for their meals, and anything else they needed to make them comfortable. We completely replaced their system and reimbursed every single dime they were charged. This customer wrote us a letter; thanking us for the service we provided her and her family.
